"I got the V.I.P. one day and they said it would be completely easy to cancel, just go to the website or call an 800 number. I went to the website... It is set up to completely confuse anybody who goes there. The 800 number... Good luck getting somebody to answer. I have called it many times and am put on hold... Never to get an operator again."

 "I've never been to a store that is full of such con  artists. They got me to sign up for these magazines that they told me were free for two months and never once mentioned that I'd have to cancel. And when I went to the store to complain about it the manager told me that the only thing I could do is call the actual company because it had nothing to do with their store. Even though they're the ones that got me to sign up in the first place! They need to take responsibility for what their employees do."

 "I've been to this store in Rivertown Mall and its disgusting that they would have an Adult's Only oriented section that is right up front and out in the open. Also, several other F.Y.E. locations that I have been to have had the same type of material just as accessible to my kids. As a mother of three I would expect that a store wouldn't like the idea of exposing children to such smut. Especially in a shopping mall that has many small children there daily. If it were not for gift cards that they recieved to these stores I would never even step into one of these stores. It makes me sick that the morals today are so far gone that we have to deal with this almost everywhere we go. But when its a store that's main customer basis is young people that just pushes it too far."

 "After shopping in the F.Y.E. in Grandville I will never ever shop there again! When I asked for help finding a DVD they told me that they would look it up but when they came back they informed me that they don't regularly stock it and they'd have to order it. But not more than five minutes later I found it myself along with two other copies meaning that they actually had three copies in stock. Yes, THREE COPIES!"
